⚠️ Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (trading bots, EAs), all sales are generally final once the product file has been delivered. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

1. One-Time Bot Purchases

Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us for a refund will result in immediate account suspension and may void your eligibility for any refund. Please contact us first.
