Refund Policy

⚠️ Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (trading bots, EAs), all sales are generally final once the product file has been delivered. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

1. One-Time Bot Purchases

Our trading bots (Prop Firm Challenger, HighSpeed Scalper) are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Refund requests for one-time purchases are considered only if:

The product file is genuinely defective and cannot be fixed by our support team.
The product was not downloaded or used (request within 24 hours of purchase).
There is a verifiable technical issue that prevents the bot from functioning as described.

Refunds are NOT granted for:

Trading losses — our bots do not guarantee profits.
Change of mind after downloading the product.
Failure to follow setup instructions.
Broker incompatibility that was clearly stated in our documentation.
Prop firm challenge failures due to user error or broker issues.

2. Monthly Subscriptions (Pro, VIP)

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Gumroad account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
No partial-month refunds are provided for unused days.
If you were charged after cancelling, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

3. USDT (Crypto) Payments

Crypto payments are processed on-chain and cannot be reversed. Refund requests for USDT payments are evaluated case-by-case and, if approved, will be issued in USDT to your provided TRC20 wallet address. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@alphabotpro.cloud with:

Your email address used for purchase.
Order number or transaction ID.
Reason for the refund request.
Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.).

5. Processing Time

We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, credit card refunds are processed by Gumroad within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds take 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us for a refund will result in immediate account suspension and may void your eligibility for any refund. Please contact us first.
