Free Trial: New users may receive a limited free trial period. Trial access is non-transferable and may be limited to one trial per user. Unused trial balance expires upon trial end.

No Guarantee of Execution: Signal delivery delays may occur due to network issues, broker capacity, or technical problems. We are not liable for missed signals or failed trade execution.

AutoInvest Functionality: AutoInvest allows one-tap approval and automated execution. You remain responsible for all trading decisions and consequences, even when using automation.
Expert Trade Copying: AutoCopy enables users to copy trades from selected expert traders in real-time.
Selection Risk: You are responsible for selecting which experts to copy. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Expert traders may incur losses.
No Liability for Expert Performance: We are not responsible for trading decisions, losses, or account drawdowns resulting from copied trades.

License Terms: Bot files are licensed for personal use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or sublicense them without written permission. Unauthorized distribution violates our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
All content on alphabotpro.cloud including software, algorithms, signals, trading strategies, educational materials, design, and text is our intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. iOS subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple ID settings; we cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf. Upon termination, access to premium features ends at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
AlphaBotPro integrates with brokers, payment processors, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, delays, or disputes. Third-party terms and policies apply to their services.
These terms are governed by applicable international law and your local jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or, if applicable, small claims court. You waive the right to class action litigation.
