Comprehensive Coverage: This Privacy Policy applies to all AlphaBotPro platforms: website (alphabotpro.cloud), iOS app, Android app, desktop applications, Telegram bot, API access, and all related services.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Registration: Name, email address, password, phone number (optional), country of residence
- Profile Data: Trader experience level, trading preferences, broker selection, account type, and platform preferences
- Payment Information: Billing address, subscription tier selection, purchase history. Payment processing via Apple (iOS), Google Play (Android), or Stripe (web). We do NOT store credit card numbers directly.
- Broker Integration: When you connect a broker account (MetaTrader 5, cTrader, etc.), we collect your broker account number and connection credentials. We do NOT collect or store your broker password.
- Communication Data: Messages sent via support email, contact forms, in-app chat, or social media
- User-Generated Content: Trading notes, preferences, watchlists, and any comments or feedback you provide
B. Information Collected Automatically:
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, mobile device ID, IP address, browser type, device language settings
- Usage Analytics: Pages visited, features used, time spent in app, navigation patterns, clicks, interactions
- Location Data: General location (country/region) from IP address. Precise location requires your explicit permission and is never collected without consent.
- Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies, analytics cookies via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, user preference cookies
- Push Notification Tokens: Device token for signal and alert delivery
- Trading Activity (Limited): Signal viewing timestamps, signal acceptance/rejection (not the trades themselves), feature usage patterns
- Error Logs: System errors, crash reports, and technical issues (does not include personal data)
C. Information from Third Parties:
- Apple Inc.: Account data when you use Sign In with Apple
- Google: Account data when you use Google Sign In
- Telegram: User ID and username for Telegram bot signal delivery
- Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations and fraud prevention data
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery:
- To provide trading signals, AutoInvest, AutoCopy, bots, and platform features
- To create and manage your account across all platforms
- To authenticate your identity and prevent fraud
- To facilitate broker account connections and trading execution
- To deliver alerts and notifications (with your permission)
Business Operations:
- To process subscriptions, payments, and billing
- To send receipts, invoices, and transactional emails
- To respond to support requests and resolve issues
- To monitor platform security and prevent abuse
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Analytics & Improvement:
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform
- To test new features and understand user behavior
- To optimize performance and fix bugs
- To generate anonymized statistical reports
Communication:
- To send product updates, feature announcements, and news
- To notify you of changes to our terms or policies
- To request feedback and conduct surveys (optional)
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We DO NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We may share data with these service providers:
- Supabase: Cloud database and authentication provider (encrypted, EU-hosted data centers)
- Payment Processors:
- Apple Inc. (iOS In-App Purchase)
- Google Play (Android)
- Stripe (web platform)
- Email Providers:
- Brevo: Transactional email delivery
- Gmail/Google Workspace: Internal company email
- Analytics Providers:
- Google Analytics: Anonymized usage data, aggregated statistics only
- Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings and heatmaps (anonymized, no personal data)
- Telegram: Your Telegram user ID for signal delivery (you control this via in-app settings)
- Brokers: Connection status only; we do NOT share your positions, trading history, or account data with brokers
- Legal/Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
Important Commitments:
- We never share your trading strategy, positions, or financial data with anyone
- We never sell your email list to marketers
- We never share browsing history or behavioral data for targeting
- All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data
4. Sign-In Methods & Privacy
Sign In with Apple: When you use Sign In with Apple, you may choose to hide your email. Apple provides us with a private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com that forwards to your real email. We never disclose your actual email address.
Google Sign In: When you use Google Sign In, Google provides us with your email and basic profile info. We do not have access to your Google account passwords or sensitive Google data.
Email/Password: Standard account creation with encrypted password storage.
5. Communications & Notifications
Push Notifications (Mobile Apps):
- New trading signals and alerts
- High-impact economic events (if enabled)
- Account and subscription updates
- Important platform announcements
You can disable push notifications in your device Settings → Notifications → AlphaBotPro (iOS) or App Notifications (Android).
Email Communications:
- Transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
- Newsletter and product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Account security alerts
Telegram: If you enable Telegram signal delivery, signals are sent to your private Telegram chat. You control this connection and can disconnect anytime.
6. Broker Connections & Account Data
When you connect a MetaTrader 5, cTrader, or other broker account to AlphaBotPro:
- We request read-only API access to verify account status
- We store your broker connection credentials (encrypted)
- We do NOT collect or store your broker password
- We do NOT access your trading history or past trades
- We do NOT share your account data with the broker
- You can disconnect your broker anytime in account settings
For AutoInvest/AutoCopy: We require execute permission to place trades on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time.
7. Data Security & Protection
Encryption:
- All data in transit uses TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS)
- Sensitive data at rest is encrypted with AES-256
- Database uses Supabase's row-level security policies
Access Controls:
- Limited staff access to production databases
- Two-factor authentication for admin accounts
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Incident response procedures in place
Data Residency:
- User data stored in EU data centers (GDPR compliant)
- Analytics data anonymized and aggregated
No Guarantee of 100% Security: No method of internet transmission is perfectly secure. We implement industry best practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active to provide services.
Account Deletion: When you delete your account:
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Email and password are anonymized
- Trading history and analytics are retained only in aggregated, anonymized form
- Financial records may be retained for 7 years per tax law requirements
Data Preservation: We may retain data if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Access & Portability: You can download your account data in a standard format at any time in account settings.
Correction: You can update your profile information, email, and preferences in account settings.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Opt-Out Options:
- Disable push notifications in device settings
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (link in email footer)
- Disable Google Analytics tracking (browser extension available)
- Disconnect broker integrations anytime
To Exercise Your Rights: Contact privacy@alphabotpro.cloud with your request. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children & Minors
AlphaBotPro is not intended for users under 18 years old. Trading involves financial risk and is not suitable for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it immediately and may terminate the account.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you reside. By using AlphaBotPro, you consent to such transfers. We implement appropriate safeguards (encryption, contractual agreements) to protect your data during transfers.
12. Cookies & Tracking
Cookies We Use:
- Session Cookies: Temporary cookies to keep you logged in
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics and Clarity for usage analysis
- Preference Cookies: Your language, theme, and notification preferences
Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are used. You can control cookies through browser settings.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
