iOS App Users: Subscriptions purchased through the AlphaBotPro iOS app are processed by Apple Inc. via In-App Purchase. Apple's standard subscription terms apply. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

1. Description of Services

AlphaBotPro provides AI-powered MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors (trading robots), XAUUSD trading signals, economic calendar alerts, and related trading tools. Our services include:

Real-time XAUUSD and forex trading signals via app and Telegram
MT5 Expert Advisors: Prop Firm Guard, Prop Firm Challenger EA, NotifyMe EA, and others
Economic calendar with high-impact event alerts
Prop firm challenge assistance tools
AI-powered market analysis (War Room)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading services in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements. Trading services may not be available in all countries.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

iOS App (Apple In-App Purchase):

Subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. via your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds for the current subscription period when cancelled mid-period.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.

Web Platform (Stripe):

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before billing date.
Payments processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.
All prices listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Bot Access & Downloads

MT5 Expert Advisor files are accessible based on your subscription tier:

Pro plan: NotifyMe EA, Prop Firm Guard
VIP plan: All Pro bots + Prop Firm Challenger EA
Premium plan: All bots including AutoTrade, Vortex HFT Pro, HighSpeed Scalper

Bot files are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, signals, and materials provided by AlphaBotPro are our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell our bots, signals, or content without written permission.

7. Trading Risk Disclaimer

[!] Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Our signals and bots do not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

AlphaBotPro signals and tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before trading.

8. No Financial Advice

All trading signals, analysis, and content provided by AlphaBotPro are for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

9. Limitation of Liability

AlphaBotPro is not liable for any trading losses, technical issues, broker failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question during the past 3 months.

10. Prohibited Use

Using our bots for illegal purposes or in violation of broker terms
Sharing, reselling, or distributing our bots or signals to others
Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt our platform
Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials
Using automated tools to scrape our content

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. iOS subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple ID settings — we cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf. Upon termination, your access to premium features ends at the end of the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
