Refund Policy

Multi-Platform Coverage: This Refund Policy covers all AlphaBotPro platforms: iOS App Store, Google Play Store, Web (alphabotpro.cloud via Stripe), and all other payment methods. Refund processes vary by platform and payment processor.
All subscriptions purchased through the AlphaBotPro iOS app are managed and billed by Apple Inc. via your Apple ID.
- Refunds must be requested directly from Apple — not from AlphaBotPro
- To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Apple reviews refund requests at their discretion
- Cancel your subscription anytime via Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Cancellation stops future billing — access continues until period end

For subscriptions purchased on alphabotpro.cloud via Stripe:
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until period end
- No partial-month refunds for unused days
- If charged after cancellation, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
- Refund requests reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days
All subscriptions purchased through the AlphaBotPro Android app via Google Play Store are managed and billed by Google Inc.

- Most refunds are processed within 48 hours if requested within 48 hours of purchase
- Cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Store → Manage subscriptions
- Cancellation stops future billing — access continues until period end
Crypto payments are processed on-chain and cannot be reversed automatically.
- Refund requests evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of payment
- If approved, refunded in USDT to your TRC20 wallet
- Processing takes 5–10 business days
- Contact us with transaction ID and wallet address
- Block chain transactions are irreversible; only refunds after manual review
Free Trial Refunds
Our free trial period (typically 3 days) is provided at no charge:
- Trial access is free; no payment required during trial
- Unused trial balance expires at trial end
- No refunds for trial period (trial is free by definition)
- One free trial per user account (attempted trial abuse may result in account termination)
- If charged during trial, contact support immediately
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Web Only)
For web platform subscriptions (alphabotpro.cloud via Stripe):
- New subscribers within their first 30 days may request a full refund if dissatisfied
- Refund applies to subscription fee only, not any in-app purchases or add-ons
- One money-back refund per account
- Must request within 30 days of initial payment
- Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days
This guarantee does not apply to: Trading losses, API usage, usage beyond account creation, or iOS/Android purchases.
Trading Losses & Performance Claims
No refunds for trading losses. AlphaBotPro provides signals and tools for informational purposes only — we do NOT guarantee trading results or profits. Trading involves substantial risk and all losses are the sole responsibility of the user. See our Risk Disclosure for details.
Our signals, bots, and analysis do not guarantee profitable trades. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice:
- Contact support immediately with transaction ID and screenshots
- Provide details: date, amount, and payment method
- We review and respond within 3–5 business days
- If confirmed as error, full refund issued within 5–10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AlphaBotPro → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Account → Manage subscriptions → AlphaBotPro → Cancel
- Web: Login → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel
Important: Cancellation stops future charges but does NOT refund the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
Account Deletion & Refunds
If you delete your account:
- Pending refund requests continue to be processed
- No new refunds issued after account deletion
- Your account cannot be recovered after deletion

For Google Play refunds: Contact Google Play Store → Account settings → Manage subscriptions
For Web refunds: Email refunds@alphabotpro.cloud with:
- Account email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Date of charge
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence or screenshots
Response time: 3–5 business days. Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund Limitations
We do NOT issue refunds for:
- Trading losses or poor trading results
- Signal accuracy or performance issues
- Broker-related issues or execution failures
- User error or misuse of platform
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality (after 30-day period)
- Accounts with violations of Terms of Service
- Accounts suspended for fraudulent activity
Refund Policy Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- For iOS: Appeal to Apple Inc. directly
- For Android: Appeal to Google LLC directly
- For Web: Contact our disputes team at disputes@alphabotpro.cloud
We commit to fair and timely resolution of all refund disputes.
