• Prop Firm Challenger Bot — for passing prop firm challenges.
• HighSpeed Scalper Bot — for aggressive scalping on XAUUSD and indices.
• Trading signals and market analysis via Telegram.
• Educational content via our Academy and Blog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading services in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• One-time purchases (bots) are delivered digitally after payment confirmation.
• Monthly subscriptions (Pro, VIP) auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
• Payments are processed via Gumroad (credit card) or USDT (crypto). We do not store payment details.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided by AlphaBot Trading are our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell our bots or content without written permission.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

7. No Financial Advice

AlphaBot Trading is not liable for any trading losses, technical issues, broker failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

You may not:

• Use our bots for illegal purposes or in violation of broker terms.
• Share, resell, or distribute our bots to others.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape our content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features ends immediately.
