Trading on margin carries a high risk of losing your capital. No result is guaranteed. Test on demo first.

Three rules end most evaluations

Not the entry. Not the indicator. These three, in this order.

Daily loss

One bad session past the daily cap ends the account, even while the strategy is net positive over the week.

Max drawdown

A slow bleed with no floor. Nothing stops position size when equity is falling.

News and gaps

A position open through a release, filled far from the stop.

Prop firm drawdown limit EA

The rules, enforced in code

Scroll. The blue line is account equity through a session. The dashed amber lines are your daily loss limit and your max drawdown floor — the two numbers your firm actually measures you on.

Account equity held inside two risk limits An equity line drifts down toward a dashed lower line marked "daily loss limit". Before it reaches that line the trading status changes to halted, the equity line flattens, and it only resumes rising in the next session. A second dashed line above marks the maximum drawdown floor, which is never approached. MAX DRAWDOWN FLOOR DAILY LOSS LIMIT NEXT SESSION

Six guards, and the input each one maps to

GuardWhat it doesInput
Daily loss guard Stops opening new trades once the session loss reaches your set % of starting balance. MaxDailyLossPct
Max drawdown guard Halts and flattens if equity falls to your absolute floor. MaxTotalDDPct
Hard stop-loss Every order is sent with a stop attached. No naked positions, ever. StopLossATRmult
Fixed-fractional sizing Lot size is derived from risk %, not from a fixed lot or a martingale ladder. RiskPerTradePct
News blackout Closes or blocks trading around high-impact releases. NewsBlackoutMins
Session filter Trades only the liquidity window you enable. SessionStart/End
No martingale. No grid. No latency arbitrage. No tick scalping.

Those four are the strategies prop firms disqualify accounts for. This EA doesn't contain them.

How it works

Four steps, in order. Nothing is waiting on us after step one.

01

Buy

One payment of $149, card or crypto. No account required to check out.

02

Download instantly

The link is on the confirmation page and in your email within seconds — not "within 24 hours".

03

Load the preset

Drop the .ex5 into MT5, attach it to the chart, load Challenge.set or Funded.set, then set the guard percentages to your firm's published limits.

04

Run on a VPS

Leave the terminal connected. The guards can only act on an account they can see.

You need a VPS.

MT5 must stay connected 24/5 or the guards can't act. A home PC that sleeps, updates or drops Wi-Fi can leave a position unmanaged through a release. The VPS setup guide ships in your dashboard.

XAUUSD prop firm EA

Track record

Verified track record publishing soon. We publish the statement link, not a screenshot.

When it goes up it will carry the account type, the date range and a live third-party statement you can open yourself. Backtests, when we publish them, will be labelled as backtests with the tick-data quality and spread model stated.

MT5 expert advisor for a funded account vs the alternatives

The honest version. If a comparison table wins every row, it's an ad.

How an EA to pass an FTMO-style challenge compares with a grid bot and with trading the evaluation by hand.
AlphaBot Pro 2026 Grid / martingale EAs Manual trading a challenge
Stop on every trade Yes — enforced, no naked positions Usually not — the basket is the stop Depends on the trader that day
Daily loss cap enforced Yes — blocks new entries at your % Rarely Self-enforced — the hardest kind
Max DD floor Yes — halts and flattens No — drawdown is the strategy Only if you close it yourself
Prop-firm permitted strategy Yes — no prohibited technique Often a breach of the firm's terms Yes

Best EA for a prop firm challenge in 2026 — the questions worth asking

Straight answers, including the ones that don't help us sell.

Will this pass an FTMO / FundedNext / The5ers / FundingPips challenge?

No Expert Advisor can guarantee a pass, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is selling you a story. AlphaBot Pro 2026 is built for the rules that end most evaluations: the daily loss guard, the max drawdown guard and the hard stop on every trade are what stop a bad session from becoming a breach.

What no EA controls is the market, or your firm's rules. Prop firm automation policies change regularly — read your firm's current EA policy before you attach anything to a live evaluation, and run it on demo first.

Is an EA even allowed on a prop firm challenge?

At most firms, yes, with conditions. The restrictions that appear again and again are on copy trading across accounts, latency and tick arbitrage, high-frequency order spam, and running one identical EA across many funded accounts. AlphaBot Pro 2026 contains none of those. Rules still differ by firm and get revised, so check your firm's current terms before you start.

Is it martingale or grid?

No. No martingale, no grid, no averaging into a loser, no latency arbitrage, no tick scalping. Position size is fixed-fractional — derived from your risk percentage and the stop distance — and it never increases after a loss. The recovery module re-enters in a controlled way after a losing sequence, at the same risk, never a bigger one.

Which pair and timeframe?

XAUUSD (gold) is the primary instrument, and both shipped presets are built for it. The session filter targets the high-liquidity London / New York overlap rather than trading around the clock. The chart timeframe is set inside the .set files, so you load the preset rather than guessing — the install guide walks through it.

Do I need a VPS?

In practice, yes. The guards can only act while MT5 is connected. A home PC that sleeps, restarts for an update or drops Wi-Fi can leave a position unmanaged through a news release — which is exactly the scenario the daily loss guard exists to prevent. A VPS keeps the terminal up 24/5. The VPS setup guide ships with your download.

Which MT5 brokers and prop firms does it work with?

Any MT5 account — an evaluation, a funded account, or a standard retail broker account. That includes MT5 accounts at FTMO, FundedNext, The5ers, FundingPips and E8.

We don't publish compatibility badges for those firms, because no such certification exists. The EA is broker-agnostic, and it is your firm's automation policy — not the platform — that decides whether you may use it.

Is $149 recurring?

No. $149 is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no monthly licence fee and no renewal. Updates to the EA are included for the life of the product.

How many accounts can one licence run?

Your own accounts. The shipped build does not lock to an account number — there is no key to activate and nothing phones home — so moving from your evaluation account to the funded account that follows it is just a matter of re-attaching the EA.

The purchase is personal to the buyer: it is not a reseller licence and not a licence to manage other people's accounts. The Terms of Service carry the full wording.

How fast do I get the file?

As soon as the payment confirms. The confirmation page shows the download immediately, the email with the same link goes out within seconds, and the file stays in your dashboard permanently. The archive is password protected; the passcode is in the email and in your dashboard.

Does it trade during news?

Not while the blackout window is open. NewsBlackoutMins sets how many minutes before and after a high-impact release the EA stops opening trades, and it can close exposure ahead of the event rather than carrying a position into a gap.

Several prop firms have their own news-trading restriction. Set this to match your firm's rule, not just your preference.

What settings for a funded account vs a challenge?

Two presets ship in the box. Challenge.set runs the risk profile that suits a time-boxed evaluation with a profit target. Funded.set is more conservative: the whole job on a funded account is to keep it, so risk per trade and the daily loss cap are tighter.

Load the preset that matches the account, then set the guard percentages to your firm's actual published limits — never above them.

Do I get updates?

Yes, for the life of the product, at no extra cost. New builds appear in the same dashboard download you already have access to.

What if it doesn't work for me?

There is no automatic money-back guarantee on this purchase, and we would rather say so plainly than imply one. It is a digital product delivered in full the moment you pay.

Refund requests for web purchases are reviewed case by case — email contact@alphabotpro.cloud and you will get an answer within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are never granted for trading losses. The published Refund Policy is the authority on all of this.

Test on demo before you risk an evaluation fee. That is the honest way to find out whether it suits you.
