iOS App Users: If you downloaded AlphaBotPro from the Apple App Store, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. via In-App Purchase. Apple's Privacy Policy also applies to your App Store transactions. Apple relay emails (privaterelay.appleid.com) are fully supported.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account. Apple Sign In users may use a private relay email.
Payment information: Subscription and purchase transactions processed via Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Stripe (web). We do not store credit card numbers.
Profile data: Trader type and preferences you set in the app.
Communication data: Messages sent via our support email.
Usage data: App usage, pages visited, device type, and analytics data collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Push notification token: Device token for delivering trading signal alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide trading signals, MT5 bot tools, and platform features.
To process subscriptions and send receipts and billing updates.
To send push notifications for new signals and market alerts (with your permission).
To communicate about your account, updates, and support.
To improve our app, website, and services.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Supabase: Authentication and database provider for secure account storage.
Apple Inc.: In-App Purchase processing for iOS subscriptions and purchases.
Stripe: Payment processing for web subscriptions.
Brevo: Transactional email delivery (receipts, alerts).
Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity: Anonymized usage analytics.
Telegram: Signal delivery to your chosen channels.
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Apple Sign In & Privacy

When you use Sign In with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. This is a valid, working email address that forwards to your real Apple ID email. We use this relay address for account communication and never expose it publicly in the app.

Your real email is never revealed to us unless you choose to share it during Apple Sign In.

5. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for:

New trading signals (Pro, VIP, and Premium subscribers)
High-impact economic calendar events (15 minutes before)
Weekly performance reports

You can disable push notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → AlphaBotPro.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, row-level security policies, and strict access controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law for financial records.

8. Your Rights

Access, update, or correct your personal data.
Request deletion of your account and data.
Opt out of marketing communications.
Disable push notifications via device settings.
For iOS subscriptions: manage or cancel via Apple ID settings.

9. Children's Privacy

AlphaBotPro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
